Logicbroker
Logicbroker repositioned its brand around agentic commerce. We led the website project and consulted on the brand evolution’s direction and messaging with Logicbroker’s team, and the new site debuted at NRF 2026. While it was being built, we were running a survey of 600 enterprise commerce leaders with Midsail Research and tabulating the results, which became a 25-page report and a paid campaign.

The State of Agentic Commerce Adoption
Logicbroker wanted the market to see agentic commerce through real numbers, so we went and got them with Midsail Research.
The study reached enterprise ecommerce decision makers at companies with $11 million to more than $1 billion in annual ecommerce revenue. Midsail Research and On-Call CMO conducted it in November and December 2025, and we turned twelve research areas into a 25-page report built to be quoted in boardrooms, pitches and press.
Logicbroker launched the report on March 12, 2026. eMarketer charted the findings and credited the research to Midsail Research and On-Call CMO. A display set of seven creatives in six formats, from leaderboard and social feed to half page and paired skyscrapers, took the same numbers into paid media.

Nearly all of them already run AI in commerce.

From dropship platform to agentic commerce orchestration
In August 2025 the homepage still introduced Logicbroker as The Most Flexible Dropship & Marketplace Platform. By September it led with The Agentic Commerce Orchestration Engine, and the redesigned site debuted at NRF 2026 in January. On-Call CMO led the website project and consulted with Logicbroker’s team on the direction and messaging of the brand evolution, and Logicbroker’s internal team led the design. Audited for search engines and for AI answer engines
We audited logicbroker.com twice. The search audit scored technical foundations, on-page structure, content architecture, authority and ecosystem presence. The LLM audit scored technical access, extraction-ready structure, authority, citability and llms.txt readiness. Both ended in a tiered action plan and a measurement framework, so the category story can be found by people and by the models they now ask.
